Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. He began as a tutor in Neurosurgery at Government Medical College, Kottayam in 1984 and advanced through government service to become Professor and Head of Neurosurgery at both Trichur and Kottayam Medical Colleges. He retired as Professor and Head of Neurosurgery from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, and subsequently served in similar leadership roles at Gokulam and Pushpagiri Medical Colleges. Dr. Raymond Morris holds MBBS, DGO, MCh (Neurosurgery) from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, and MS (General Surgery) from Government Medical College, Kottayam. He completed fellowships at Allgemeine Krankenhaus, Vienna, Austria, and the Montreal Neurological Institute, Canada, renowned for training India’s first neurosurgeon. A past President of the Trivandrum Neuro Club and the Neurological Society of India, Kerala Chapter, Dr. Morris combines clinical expertise with academic leadership. He is married to Rosemol Mannaly and is a proud father to three daughters pursuing advanced medical careers, reflecting a family deeply committed to healthcare.
