Dr. Balagopal V. L.

Specializes in resuscitation, advanced life support, and trauma care. He completed his MBBS from SUT Academy of Medical Sciences, Trivandrum, and his DNB from Ananthapuri Hospitals and Research Institute. Born and raised in Ummannoor, Kottarakkara, Dr. Balagopal comes from a family with a background in public service—his father, S. Venugopal, is a retired PWD engineer, and his mother, Leelamoney Amma K V, is a retired headmistress. He is married to Dr. Arya Parameswaran, a Junior Resident in Pathology at Trivandrum Medical College. Outside of medicine, Dr. Balagopal has interests in cricket and drama.
