The department of Interventional Cardiology was started in December 2015 in Jubilee Memorial Hospital.

A state of art Cathlab (Siemens ARTIS ZEE) was installed in a spacious and well designed lab.

The cardiac catheterization lab is equipped with most modern facilities for diagnostic testing by cardiac catheterization and coronary intervention with Angioplasty. Also we have procedure such as Pacemaker implantation. Patients in need of emergency coronary interventions have access to this service 24×7 basis. Cardiac diagnostic services such as TMT stress test and Holter monitors are well availed at our facility.

Till date we have done more than 1000 procedures, 600 angioplasties and about 50 permanent pacemaker implantations successfully.

New Echo Machine (Philips) and TMT Machines (GE) also acquired and installed in 2015. The Coronary Care unit was also modified with state of art monitors and other necessary gadgets.
