Seeing the massive opportunity of employment in the health care service sector, Trivandrum Social service Society started the Little Flower School of Nursing in 1991, as part of women empowerment, to their self-sufficiency with an annual intake of 30 students under the supervision of Sr.Sylvia Thomas, Sisters of Charity. Another affiliated institutions from the house of Jubilee hospital is Little Flower College of Nursing. It was established in the year of 2012 and is an initiative of Trivandrum Social Service Society (TSSS) dedicated to creating vast job opportunities for girls from the hill belts and the coastal villages of Trivandrum.

With the target of the integral development of nursing students, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing course aims at promotion of most utilization of their potentialities by imparting knowledge base and practical ability in a very Christian spirit of affection and compassion. The students are well trained to follow a holistic approach within the care of patients to satisfy their physical, psychological, spiritual and social wants. Little Flower College of Nursing has been going onward within the path of development underneath the steerage of eminent professionals. Our commitment to being a centre of excellence both in health care and medical training will well prepare our eager and talented young women and men to play a crucial part at the forefront of their selected professions.
